All Returns for Store Credit Only

Swish Lab accepts returns for store credit only.
No refunds will be issued back to original payment methods.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • Free of odors, stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair

  • In original condition and packaging (including tags)

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Compression gear

  • Socks

  • Accessories (stickers, lace tips, patches, etc.)

  • Discounted items

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or drops

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Swish Lab does not provide return labels.

Store Credit Processing

Once your item is inspected and approved, store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital gift card.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the item for store credit and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:
